Passport Training

VIRTUAL CLASSES

Please join us for one of our 2024 Virtual User Training sessions. They will be two-day events with two three-hour sessions each day.

The class will be interactive with a live instructor engaging in questions about the features and functions of the Passport system. The classes will be small, capped at just 10 students.

Day 1: 1:00-4:00 EST

• Will cover hardware, software configuration, and New Features for Manager Workstation

Day 2: 1:00-4:00 EST

• Will be an overview of Cashier interface, Express Lane, and Store Close/Reporting.

Get familiar with the basics: understand the different components and how to configure your Passport.

Maximize optimization: learn how to tailor and customize keys, security settings, tender types and much more.

Get answers: our experts will teach you how and when to troubleshoot your system to maximize efficiency.

Sessions are conducted for:

• Employees of a Invenco by GVR Distributor or Authorized Service Contractor
• Independent contractors who customarily train for one of Invenco by GVR’s distributors
• Corporate trainers for one of Invenco by GVR’s customers

Classes are $250 per person.

 Passport Training at your Facility: We can come to your facility to train your staff on how to use Passport. This service is available upon request. If you wish to pursue this training option, please contact your local distributor and send an email to passportsessions@gilbarco.com. The two day class rate would be $4000 with the addition of instructor travel expense and equipment setup.

Invenco by GVR requires that the students have a least one Passport system to be used between two students. Normally, our local distributor will work with our customers to setup these systems for the class. This class option should cover the cost of installing and configuring the correct software with the approved configurations. The actual installation, travel expenses, and configuration costs will be negotiated with the class instructor and the local Invenco by GVR distributor.
