Here at Invenco we are a global provider, specialising in self service payment solutions with a range of high-tech products, including outdoor payment terminals, electronic payment servers, payment switches, and cloud services. You may have even used our pay at pump products yourself – we are a product company, proud of what we do, what we produce and who we are! We aim to deliver revolutionary transactional and self service products that make people wonder how they ever lived without them.

Auckland, New Zealand is HQ and our R&D hub – with over 120 employees (and rapidly increasing), it is a buzz of IT ‘good stuff’.  We have offices in the United States and Malaysia, along with employees and partners located around the globe. We are growing and changing at a monumental pace – as we expand into new markets and take on new opportunities; our need for exceptional talent increases, which is why we are always on the lookout for the crème de la crème!

Our Process

Our goal is to make this a smooth and pleasant experience. We won’t make you jump through hoops, but we will make sure you are the best fit for us, and us for you. As a guide our process is as follows:

  • Stage 1: Once you apply for a role with us, if your CV looks like a good match, we will set up a short phone conversation to dig in a bit more on your experience and find out a bit about you.
  • Stage 2 and 3: As a minimum we will conduct two interviews; a behavioural (are you the right fit for us) and a technical (probe further into your skills and experience). Depending on the role you’ve applied for there may be a technical test to complete also.   We know your time is precious, therefore, wherever possible we will combine steps to reduce the amount of times you come to visit us.
  • Stage 4: References and online profiling.

Of course there are some exceptions to the above, one thing we will promise you is that we will endeavor to keep you informed every step of the way to make sure you know exactly where you are in the process.
