Frank Gleeson is the President and CEO of the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS). Frank has deep experience in foodservice and convenience retailing. As president & CEO of Aramark Northern Europe from 2017 to 2024, he oversaw a team of over 20,000 employees across 2,800-plus locations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

Frank previously served on the NACS International Board for 19 years and was on the NACS Board of Directors for 11 years, including his term as 2018-19 NACS Chairman of the Board. 

Before Aramark, Frank was Retail Director at Topaz Energy Group. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Retail of Statoil Ireland (now Equinor), where he led the development of the first American-style convenience store in Ireland. 

As Sr. Managing Director of DLA Piper's AI Innovation Team, Barclay advises both the firm and its clients on the applications of AI while driving the innovative use of emerging technologies. Barclay has led several high-profile consulting engagements at the world's leading institutions to help them globally transform the way they manage information.  

Barclay is a graduate of the University of Victoria. He is the author of multiple award-winning books; he has spoken internationally and has instructed George Washington University. 

Barclay's notable recent work includes working with enterprises to design custom AI solutions, with a particular focus on creatively utilizing prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation to increase the usefulness and veracity of LLM outputs. 

Eric Boles is the CEO and Founder of The Game Changers, Inc., a leadership training, and development company, headquartered in Lakewood, Washington. He is a thought leader in business strategies and provides in-depth coaching and consulting to help organizational leaders maximize their human assets and increase productivity and peak performance. 

Eric is a graduate of Central Washington University.  His community involvement includes serving on the Governance Board for the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap counties and working as a Teaching Pastor at Life Center of Tacoma. 

Prior to becoming a sought-after speaker and consultant, Eric learned many of his principles of peak performance, team dynamics and leadership from his experience as a Wide Receiver with the National Football League’s Green Bay Packers and New York Jets.
