Our passport help desk team is always there to help when you need us sometimes an issue may require a help desk agent to remotely access your passport point of Sal system here are the steps to enable secure remote access for your call from the manager workstation tap the help button on the cashier workstation tap the phone icon button from there select the enable support button the phone icon turns yellow when remote support is enabled passport generates a password that you'll relay to your help desk agent allowing access to disable support touch the phone icon on the cashier workstation select disable support support will automatically disable after 2 hours with this feature you can be assured that your help desk experience is as secure as possible.
