Kim is responsible for all aspects of People & Capability, including recruitment, employee engagement, remuneration, culture enhancement, training and career development, on and off boarding.
Kim joined Invenco in 2013 with over 20 years experience in HR, recruitment and administration within a range of private and public companies and industries in New Zealand, United Kingdom and Australia, including global hi-tech companies Compac Sorting and Buckley Systems. Kim holds a post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management.
Since joining, Kim has played a part in overseeing the growth of the Invenco team from 80 to 120+, policy, process, programme and system implementations. Kim understands ever changing environments where you need to be flexible, adaptable and the importance of having systems and processes that add value and are best fit for our organisation.
