My Invenco Experience

I joined Invenco when it was quite a young company and my experience here has been very interesting.  Invenco was quite keen to get me on board and I started here the very next day after university finished as an Engineering Intern. I got my hands dirty from Day 1, getting involved in almost everything to do with engineering and this has taught me a lot (I was definitely thrown in the deep end).  After about 8 months with the company, I was recognized for my performance & potential and was promoted to the role of a Production Engineer. The new role involved lots of travel for me and I was required to visit Thailand, Portugal, England, France, America and Malaysia.

Favorite part about working at Invenco

My favorite part, hands down, about working here, is the people I get to work with. It is the people who make the environment.

What has been your most exciting project so far?

As a Production Engineer it would have to be the G7 OPT project: developing a completely new product, which went through the required stages of a product life cycle in a short period of time without compromising on quality and eventually went into production phase in Thailand. It was like a hurdle race – so many challenges in such a short time period.

Describe working at Invenco in three words

Challenging, innovative, and growing.
